I can’t thank you enough for the care I have received over the past six months. If you are the product of the UK Physician’s Assistant Program, they should be very proud. The staff is very kind, helpful, cheerful, funny, and I’m sure great to work with. It seemed every time I went into the office there was something changing like the patient files on the PCs and I was impressed. I hope you receive more thanks like this because you deserve it. Owensboro has great medical care like yourselves but you set the bar and I hope you continue to strive to do that. See you in July.

I am an eighth grade student at Muhlenberg North Middle School learning the appropriate way to write a business letter. I could write to anyone, but I chose to write to you. I know what wonders you can do. You have shown me that if you follow the plan that you set then you can have a clearer face. I never thought it was possible until my doctor recommended you. I was also wondering if you could send some pamphlets, brochures, and/or samples. Thank you for taking time to read my letter. I know you are very busy but, if you could, please send a letter of response.

So sorry that I bothered you after hours last Thursday. I had called the office earlier in the day, but I understand how busy your office is and sometimes messages may not be relayed. Thank you for calling and phoning in a prescription. I realize this was not an emergency, though to a college student away from home, issues sometimes become more dramatic. We appreciate your concern. All of your office staff have been very friendly and pleasant on each of our visits.

I am a patient of Dr. Truett, and I was referred to him by my gynecologist, Dr. Briones, when she became concerned over an odd mole… Thanks to Dr. Truett and Ms. Mills I had it removed and all turned out okay, and then they worked on my treatment for my redness that came on to my face and in my naval-----super care and I am now back to my old self. 

Ms. Mills had recommended that I look into your "Advanced Aesthetics" and I did, and I LOVE Melissa--just super on her makeup consultations, and then her treatment of my eyebrows.  Thank you for all your fine staff and their caring attitude.

A patient called in to say that he was really taken care of during his office visit. He said that he was very happy with how he was treated here and pleased that we helped him like we did. Also, he stated that the free skin cancer screening was great because if it wasn’t for that, he wouldn’t have discovered his lesion. He was very thankful for Owensboro Dermatology and didn’t mind paying his bill at all.

A patient called to make a payment on a bill.  He thanked the billing department for helping him.  He stated that he hates dealing with insurance companies and thanked us for filing the claims and being the liaison in the process.  He said he thanks God for all of us at Owensboro Dermatology for everything that we do.

L.W., a patient who is receiving Xtrac laser treatments, complimented our office that she never has to wait for an appointment or treatment. She stated she checks in and before she sits down she is up again to come back for her appointment. She said she has never been to any other office where she is in and out like she is here. Just wanted to let everyone know of the compliment to ODA.

I wanted to pass on to everyone that a local physician’s daughter had an appointment this morning. After checking out, this physician stopped at the front reception desk and said he would like her to pass along to the doctors that he thought we had a wonderful facility. He said from the time he walked through the door until leaving, the process ran very smoothly. He said the office and staff were phenomenal. This was his first visit to our office as his wife normally brings in their children
